Stephanie Pharries is a licensed massage therapist, graduated valedictorian, since June of 2010.
All of us are in need of more positive touch in our lives. As we become ever more rushed and pressured we find fewer opportunities for actual physical contact. Furthermore, massage has been shown, but not limited to; increase circulation, ease digestion, and improve respiration. My goal is to promote ongoing wellness by tailoring each session to the clients' individual needs in a comfortable, relaxing environment for self healing through positive touch. Some modalities I specialize in are swedish massage, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy and hot stones. I intend to stay knoweledgeable in the massage field by continuing education in specialized and new courses, because like the Great Aristotle said "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit."
