As of Aug. 1st there will be a new client intake form, that must be filled out by every client (both old and new). The State of Texas has some new requirements that must be on there and this makes for a great time to update everyones information. Please feel free to print the CLIENT INTAKE FORM and fill it out before you come in.
If there is a day or time that you would like to come in that is not allowed to be marked, please contact me via phone, text, or email.

**Cancellations must be made 24hr. in advance. Cancellations not made in advance or "no-show" will be charged full price for the appoinment.
**Massage sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Massages started late due to the clients arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price. New clients, please arrive 10-15 min. early to fill out client intake form.
