**Cancellations must be made 24hr. in advance, if made less than 24 hrs. in advance you may be subject to 50% - 100%+ of the value of the scheduled service(s). Cancellations made less than 12 hours of scheduled appointment or "no-show" will be charged full price for the appointment plus a scheduling fee. Please see our Living Social Voucher Condition prior to scheduling. **Massage sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Massages started late due to the clients arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price. New clients, please arrive 10-15 min. early to fill out client intake form.

Session costs will START at the selected service, (i.e. if you schedule 1 hour Swedish Massage with Chakra balance, but do not want Chakra Balance, you have allowed for more time than needed, therefore the client will be responsible for payment of that time. If you schedule 1 hour Swedish Massage, but wanted a more expensive Massage such as Deep Tissue, then you will be charged for the Deep Tissue and not the Swedish)
