To Enhance Your Massage Experience…
• Check In:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to allow the therapist to be on time for her next client. You will still be responsible for full payment of the scheduled time.
• Cancellations and No-Shows:
To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hour advance cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to fee equal to: no less than 50% and up to 100% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Comfort:
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist.
• Prices:
Are subject to change without notice.
• Gift Certificates:
Massage Therapy by Zada Gift Certificates are the ideal gift for any occasion! Gift Certificates may be purchased in any denomination to be used towards services or products of your choice. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
• Gratuity:
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to the therapist for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
• Payment Methods:
We prefer cash or check. However, we gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A $35 fee will be accessed for returned checks.
