Fragrance oils come in 1/2 oz. bottle and are made to be used in oil warmers and burners.  Fragrance oils are NOT made to use on the skin and are NOT for ingestion.  To use with an electric oil warmer, just put a few drops in the saucer.  To use in an oil burner, with a tea light candle, put a few drops of water along with a few drops of fragrance oil in the saucer.
