Cranio Sacral Therapy is gentle light touch that is found to be very relaxing.  Cranio Sacral can be performed with the client fully clothed or as an add on to a massage.  This relaxing treatment allows the hands of the Therapist to tap into the rythym of the dural membrane, that runs from the head to the base of the spine, and allows the cranium bones to shift and breath.
