Taking a holistic approach to your health, means looking at the whole picture of your life. Together we can take a look at some of your life style, enviroment, emotions, diet and attitude, and come up plan to get you on the path to better health.
The length of a consultation is up to you, depending on your reasons for wanting the consultation and how much you would like to share upfront.
